Rapid immunochromatographic test for qualitative determination of mustard antigen in foods, kitchen and production facilities.

Mustard is a condiment made from the seeds of a mustard plant. Mustard allergy can display the variety of symptoms from mild oral allergy to severe life-threatening systemic reactions, i.e. anaphylactic shock or bronchial asthma. Allergy to mustard ranks top 10 among food allergies in some geographical arias.

Allergy to mustard is commonly associated with allergy to cashew, pistachio and other nuts.

XEMATest Mustard does not detect the antigens of cereals, legumes and other nuts.
